Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website zerltd.site and any engagement with Zer Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Zer Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 278 Manchester Road, Nelson, England, BB9 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 794 483 730.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Age-restricted products
A number of products sold in store are age restricted by law. Nothing age restricted is advertised, promoted or displayed on this website. In particular, this website does not advertise or promote tobacco products, cigarette papers, herbal smoking products, nicotine or vaping products, and shows no brand, product, price or image of any of them; the advertising and promotion of tobacco products is prohibited by the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 2002, and tobacco products are kept out of public view in store as the display legislation requires.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Any customer who appears to be under 25 will be asked for photographic identification on any age-restricted sale, and the sale will be refused where a valid passport, photocard driving licence or PASS-accredited card is not produced. It is an offence to sell tobacco, nicotine and vaping products, alcohol, knives and bladed articles and other restricted goods to a person under the relevant age, and it is an offence to buy or attempt to buy them on behalf of such a person. We will refuse a sale, and we may refuse to serve, without being obliged to give reasons. Where alcohol is sold it is sold only under and in accordance with a premises licence granted under the Licensing Act 2003, only to persons aged 18 or over, and only within the hours that licence permits; it is also an offence to sell alcohol to a person who is drunk, and we will refuse accordingly. We do not operate irresponsible alcohol promotions.
3b. Food, allergens and sales
Where food is sold loose or is packed on the premises for direct sale, allergen and ingredient information is available and we will go through it with you before you buy; food prepacked elsewhere carries the manufacturer’s own labelling, which should be read. We handle a wide range of products in one shop and cannot guarantee that any loose item is free from any particular allergen; where we cannot be certain we will say so rather than reassure you. Goods are sold subject to availability and prices are those displayed at the time of sale. Where goods are sold to a consumer the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies and goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose; nothing in these terms limits those rights. Nothing we say about food is nutritional, dietary or medical advice, and nothing on this website is advice for your particular situation.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
